Board Meetings and Facts
Our Board meets on the second Tuesday of every month
at the Phillips School (across Braddock Road, see map below)
at 7:30p.m. These meetings are open to the members, and have a forum
at the beginning where the residents can bring up matters of concern.
Our Annual Homeowners meeting is held on the second Tuesday of March.
The homeowners elect the board, the board elects their officers.
We always need more dedicated volunteers, and we think you would
find serving the community a rewarding experience. Our residents/owners
are a pleasure to deal with!
