Board members present:
President - Julie King
Secretary - Al Carchedi
At large - Mohammad Umar

Absent: Treasurer - Tom Harvat

Others attending: Janet Rourke, Bob Flynn, Elizabeth and Jide Ogunnaike, Kenton Hamaker, Jr. (representing Homeowner)

Meeting called to order 8:00 P.M.

Closed session hearing was opened to residents summoned to meeting.

Representative for owner of 5278 Bradgen Court. presented his case. Board agreed to give additional ten days extension to complete the work necessary to correct the violation.

Owners of 7088 Leestone Street presented their case. Board agreed to extend until April 1, 2006, time required to correct the violation.

Board meeting reconvened at 8:20 P.M.

Minutes from November 2005 meeting were approved as amended.

Open forum:

Resident raised questions about parking problems in the community, which was followed by discussion from all present.

Meeting was adjourned 9:45 P.M.
