Officier Reports:
• President: The president reviewed the street work that
will be done at the end of May, the need to close streets and participation
of board members to assist with this. The board voted that there
was no need to make any changes in the covenants, specifically related
to parking; it was felt that a parking survey would not be conducted
at this time. The board decided to proceed with the “No Thru
Street” signs which the vice-president will follow through
with purchasing. The president addressed the need to investigate
the availability of a computer program for the ARC since the current
one being used is only available on one computer and not mobile;
the VP said he would explore the market options.

needed on perimeter fences. As per above, will purchase “No
Thru Street” signs.
