Convening:
The meeting was called to order at 7:45
pm at the home of the Vice President.
(Phillips School was locked).
The minutes for July, 2012 were review
and approved.

Issues
regarding parking, watering trees and landscaping were discussed.

Reports:

President/Vice-President: The Vice-President spoke with a person that
that might be willing to be the ARC chair and will get back to her. The board discussed articles for the next
newsletter. The Reserve Study will be
discussed at the next meeting.

Secretary: Nothing
ท
Treasurer: The treasurer reported that there are three accounts
with the attorney. Homeowners with a
balance greater than one quarter assessment were sent a second delinquent
notice.

At Large: Waiting to hear back from the attorney regarding the Resolution
regarding procedure for complaints that is required by September 28, 2012.

Report on Finances: Leona Taylor reviewed the current Budget Report and
Balances sheet as of July 2012.

Grounds and Maintenance: The chair for Grounds and Maintenance presented the
new snow contract; a motion was made, second and voted unanimously that we accept
the contract. The chair will get an
estimate to remove the dead pine tree at the entrance of Leestone Street off
Backlick, and to clean out the brush in two separate sites in the common area.
It was agreed that we would not remove the maple tree next to the residence on
Leebrad Street.

The ARC Committee Chair is vacant; and is still
waiting for remaining reports from committee members, so no letters have been
sent out to date regarding new violations.
