Convening: The
meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm at the Phillips School, 7010 Braddock
Road, Annandale, VA 22003.
The board immediately went into
executive session regarding an ARC violation.
The minutes for January, 2012 were
review and approved.

President: The President
stated that the Annual Meeting Package was ready to be mailed. We had three volunteers to run for vacant
possessions on the board. The insurance
renewal was approved. Drainage repair
was approved. Dayna Roy volunteered to
be the chairperson for 2012 National Night Out.
We are waiting for an estimate for pruning and tree removal.

Vice President: Waiting for the fence repair
proposal.

Secretary: Nothing

Treasurer: The treasurer stated that there were four accounts
with the attorney and there are a few accounts that are going to receive a
reminder notice. The accounts are in
very good shape.

At Large: The At Large
member stated that the neighborhood watch sign was going to be repaired.
