Convening: The
meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm at the Phillips School, 7010 Braddock
Road, Annandale, VA 22003.
The minutes for May, 2012 were review
and approved.
The board went into an Executive Session
to discuss a letter received from a homeowner.

Vice President: The Vice President reported
that the fence repair has been completed. The Vice President reported that new
software packages are being reviewed.
The board was given a copy of a letter received from our attorney
stating the changes in the governing documents of Association for the boards review. The new tow contract has been signed. Newsletter articles were discussed.

Secretary: Nothing

Treasurer: The treasurer stated that there were three accounts
with the attorney and that four reminder letters were going to be sent.
