MONTHLY BOARD MEETING MINUTES

Board Members Present:

Pat Willingham – Vice President

Lynda Flynn – Secretary

Margaret Pitotti – Treasurer

Homeowner Present:

Janet Rourke (ARC Chair)

 

Convening: The meeting was called to order at 7:35 pm at the Phillips School, 7010 Braddock Road, Annandale, VA  22003.

 

The minutes for October 9, 2012 meeting were reviewed and approved.

 

Open Forum:  

 

Officers Reports:

  

·         President/Vice President:     A homeowner submitted a request that we check into additional parking spaces.  The Secretary volunteered to check on that. The reserve study was approved by the board.  The board approved an increase in the HOA dues to $225 per quarter beginning January, 2013.

 

·         Secretary:        No report

 

·         Treasurer:        There are four accounts with the attorney. A few reminder notices will be mailed. Otherwise we are in good shape. 

 

·         At Large:         Not present

 

·         Report on Finances:  .    

 

Summary from Committee Chairs

 

·         Grounds and Maintenance:              Tree bids were obtained for work that needed to be done after the last storm.   

 

• Architectural Review Committee (ARC):  Self Help is underway for one homeowner  

 

·         Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 8:45p.m.
