MONTHLY BOARD MEETING MINUTES

February 13, 2013

 

 

Board Members Present:

Pat Willingham - President

Lynda Flynn - Secretary

Margaret Pitotti -Treasurer

Judi Davenport - At Large

 

Convening: The meeting was called to order at 7:35 pm at the Phillips School, 7010 Braddock Road, Annandale, VA  22003.

 

The minutes from the December, 2012 meeting were reviewed and approved.

 

Open Forum:   None

 

Officers Reports:

  

·        President:    The President stated that the Vice President is investing new software to be used by the association.  The board is looking for a few residents that would like to be placed on the ballot at the Annual Meeting.  Research continues on the permanent message boards that will be placed next to the mail box stands.

 

·        Secretary:        Nothing

 

·        Treasurer:        There are four accounts with the attorney; The Reserve Study has been placed on the Web Site. 

 

·        At Large:         The At Large member spoke with the contractor completing work in the yard of a homeowner regarding sinking. The contractor assured us that the area would be repaired to HOA standards.
