·

from April 9, 2013 meeting were reviewed and approved.
Open
Forum:
Parking concerns were brought up and it was
discussed what board members had authorization to call the towing company to
remove cars from the community. It was
agreed that all board members would be given a copy of the towing contract and
be placed on the contract to authorize future towing. There was a concern on
commercial vehicles continuing to park in reserved parking. The resolution was
to ticket and tow these individuals. For
the next bulletin the local dumps will be provided and a note regarding paint
cans. It was noted that homeowners have
complied with the request to picking up trash and debris in the common areas. It was suggested that trees in the common
areas needed to be pruned to deter children from playing on them and to prevent
property damage to homeowners’ vehicles. A request will be made to Shenandoah to walk
the property again and check for trees that need more pruning. The board discussed damaged grass that needed
repair after a drainage pipe was put in by homeowners. It was also noted that Daniel Marte needed to repair shingles.
