Monthly Board Meeting Minutes

Convening: The meeting was called to order at 7:46 pm at the Phillip School, 7010 Braddock Road, Annandale, VA 22003.

Hearing Homeowners:

No homeowners present
Dayna discussed ARC Violations/Hearing Letters
Board members agreed to move to the next step in the process which are penalties.
Referenced Section 55/113 of the code of Virginia 1950

Approval of past minutes: November minutes on hold until February meeting.

Open Forum:
Bottle rockets were set off at Braddock Mews and landing in Leewood community on several different occasions. Police were called and a non emergency number was handed out to other neighbors to call. Pat will call the Braddock Mews president to discuss the concern.

Officers Report/Updates:
Secretary- Heather spoke about trash locations in the community. Trash is placed all over. Some homeowners have a central area they place the trash and others put it anyway resulting in many trash locations for American Disposal.

President- Pat will get the annual packet started and will email Leona. Dayna wants a document to be added to the annual packet. A sheet that asks for homeowners email and phone numbers so the directory can be updated.
