Annual Meeting Minutes

minutes were approved.
Open Forum:
Officers Report/Updates
Secretary She discussed sign and when it will go in potentially. Heather
mentioned lights to be added in the newsletter on Bob Flynn’s behave She noticed a
lot of dog poop in the neighborhood and kids walking their dogs them without
bags. Heather discussed a bizarre stranger encounter late one night on
Treasurer: Dayna discussed message boards and cutting a check to send it
out to the company to get the boards shipped. She contact Miss Utility and they
approved the requests for all the locations for the message boards. Boards will be done after the road work. The
mailboxes are really dirty. Dayna wants to go out and clean them at some point.
She will try to scrub one to see if it will work. Dayna approves the snow
contract. She had two requests for
improvements one was approved and one was not.
Vice President: Janet recouped money from an old homeowner due to
bankruptcy. Janet sent out a trash letter to a homeowner. Final letter was sent
from the attorney to a homeowner for legal fees, assessments and ARC. We voted
via email to get the wasps out of the tree on Leestone.
The entrance signs were approved via email by the board members. Janet asked
about Haroon. Haroon resigned from the board officially in writing. Janet would
like a copy of Professional Grounds contract. Discussed the air rating and
seeding.
President: Pat mentioned that the Leebrad
common area was cleaned out during the spring. A homeowner was seen dumping in
this area. Dayna will send a follow up area. Had a discussion with a homeowner
about putting trash out on Monday.
Maggie passed out the assessment spreadsheet and went over it.

Al asked if everyone received the revised homeowner letter for the road work.
The board discussed the letter.
Budget:
Leona went over the budget and assessments. Assessments can be increased. Leona
walked through line items and it will be finalized during the October meeting.
