Vice President: Janet noticed commercial vans are parking
in Leewood. Tickets will be given. Janet noticed sand bags placed along the
sidewalk. This could be a liability issue. We should get them moved. Between
7044 Leebrad and 7002 Bradwood there’s a drainage mess and mud pit. People are
walking this common area to gain entrance to the back gates. Letters will be
sent about this damage to these homeowners. The board discussed options to
correct the issue. Janet mentioned the ballot for the March meeting and
delivery of the packet.
Secretary: Heather discussed the dog poop and putting something on the message
boards. Dayna mentioned that it’s a law to pick up poop and $250 fines could be
given for noncompliance. Next newsletter will be after the annual meeting. Heather
asked about a light in the community. Pat said she talked with Dominion today.
We are still on the repair list and we are being credited for the light. Anyone
that calls on the watch lights needs an account number.
Treasurer: Dayna passed out the assessment delinquent letters.
Financial Report:

spreadsheet. Sent 42 postcards to past due homeowners. Maggie emailed Leona
about three homeowners that settled. One possibly needs a refund for over
