Leewood Community Block Party

Thanks to hosts Dayna Roy and John Atsatt, Leewood enjoyed a fun get-together on a crisp October afternoon. Everyone was invited including children and dogs -- all behaved splendidly. Hot dogs, drinks, potato chips were served and door prizes included a fall wreath and a gift certificate to a local restaurant. Food was collected for the needy and pictures were taken for the first ever Leewood Pet Calendar.

Shortly before 3pm all the tables were set up and waiting for the guests to arrive. It was a festive fall theme.

Ah. maybe it was a conspiracy. Doorprizes went to all but one member of this group. Tom and Taryn (left) won the wreath and Bob Flynn (center) the gift certificate.	Looking over the results of their labors ---some who helped set-up the event.
