The LHOA has approved a proposal from Brothers Paving and Concrete Corporation to make repairs to Leestone Street. The work will occur in two stages.

Next week on Tuesday, the 19th, Wednesday, the 20th and, if necessary, Thursday, the 21st, weather permitting, Brothers will begin stage one. This will be concrete curb and gutter replacement/re-elevation. This is being done to correct numerous drainage problems that we have on Leestone Street.

All parked vehicles must be removed from Lower Leestone Street (addresses 7001 through 7045) between the hours of 7:15 AM—5:00PM Tuesday, September 19th and on Wednesday September 20th. Thursday September 21st may also be involved depending on the weather and pace of work.

Towing of any vehicle that is in the way of this work will be necessary in order to facilitate safety and a smooth, efficient operation. This may occur at the owner’s expense.
