Assessments FAQs



What are assessments used for?

  • Article VI, Section 2, of the Association's Covenants provides that the annual assessments levied by the Association shall be used exclusively for the purpose of promoting the recreation, health, safety, and welfare of the Residents.

When are assessments due and what happens when they are are not paid?

  • Pursuant to Article XII Section 5, of the Association's By-Laws, the Board has specified that annual assessments are to be paid quarterly, in advance. Assessments are due on the first day of January, April, July and October. The association sends accounts that are in arrears to the association attorney for collection. The homeowner is then responsible for the assessments and attorney costs.

Who should be contacted regarding assessment questions?

  • Questions regarding assessments and any requests for current status of assessments should be directed to the Homeowner Accounts representative.
