Assessments FAQs


  • Pursuant to Article XII Section 5, of the Association's By-Laws, the Board has specified that annual assessments are to be paid quarterly, in advance. Assessments are due on the first day of January, April, July and October.

  • Questions regarding assessments and any requests for current status of assessments should be directed to the community manager.

  • The association sends accounts that are in arrears to the association attorney for collection. The homeowner is then responsible for the assessments and attorney costs.

  • Article VI, Section 2, of the Association's Covenants provides that the annual assessments levied by the Association shall be used exclusively for the purpose of promoting the recreation, health, safety, and welfare of the Residents.
