Where is mail delivered within the community?

• Mail is delivered to cluster mailbox units distributed around the community. Your mailbox unit will be in the mailbox stand closest to your house. You should check with the prior owner of your home for the specific location and box number. In addition, you should have received mailbox keys for your particular unit from the prior owner. Additional or duplicate keys can be obtained from the Ravensworth post office for a fee.

How to pick up small packages and oversized envelopes?

• Small packages and oversized envelopes are delivered by placing the large parcel box key in your mailbox unit. You will open the large parcel unit and retrieve your package/envelope; the parcel box remains unlocked and the provided key is retained in the lock.

Where to pick up large packages and certified mail?

• Large packages and certified mail will need to be picked up at the post office upon notification.
